How do I place an order?

How far in advance should I order?
We recommend submitting your inquiry at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability and a seamless delivery experience. During peak seasons, we encourage booking as early as possible, as dates fill up quickly.

Do you offer same day delivery?
Sometimes! It does depend on availability and location. For rush orders, send a text to (401) 391-6559 or (401) 644-9469 and we will get back to you right away.

Can I pick-up my balloons instead of having them delivered?
To ensure a seamless and stress-free event, we recommend leaving the delivery up to us. High on Helium will deliver your custom balloons on time, without worry. Leave the hard work up to us!

How long will the balloons last?
They typically float for 12-24 hours. We highly suggest setting up your delivery time as close to the event start time as possible.

I only see options for balloon bundles, can I purchase balloons in a single quantities?
Please submit an inquiry and we will do our best to accommodate your request!

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Since special orders are custom-made, we ask that any changes be made at least one week in advance. Deposits are typically non-refundable once materials are ordered, but we will work with you to reschedule as availability allows.
